Will Advice

Most people begin to think about Wills when they get married and start a family. Appointing Guardians for your children in your Will and making sure there is enough money available to raise them is vital. For unmarried couples, the only way you can guarantee that your partner inherits is to get a Will drafted. This sort of […]

Inheritance Tax Planning

Inheritance Tax is known as the voluntary tax and that’s because with careful planning it is often completely avoidable. Despite that your beneficiaries could find that their inheritance is greatly reduced if you don’t plan effectively. Good planning should always start with a well written Will that takes into account the size of your estate and […]

Powers of Attorney

These documents normally appoint family and friends […]

Lifetime Trusts

On some occasions a Will Trust may not be the best solution and a Lifetime Trust could be appropriate. By locking assets into a Trust when you are still alive you can take them out of your estate so reducing the amount your estate needs to pay after you’ve gone. Lifetime Trusts are also great […]

What do others say?

  • Charles, Medway

Sam is an excellent and professional Will writer and Power of Attorney specialist. We were privileged enough, to have Sam as our advisor; instigator and representative for the aforesaid Power of Attorney process. As our Father succumbed to his Vascular Dementia; as Sam was local to us at that time, he quickly helped us to put all the imperative procedures; documentation and checks required, in their place.

What is a very personal and unpleasant procedure to carry out, Sam made sure that we were well informed; made to feel very much at ease. His approach to business was professional and meticulous, but; at the same time, made us all feel very much that we didn’t need to fret or be troubled about this significant event.

He carried out work for friends of ours too. They were equally impressed. Sam takes away the ‘Legal Beagle’, and instead replaces it with a Pussy Cat!

    We cannot recommend him enough.

Sam has sorted out my confused will arrangements with two informal yet efficient meetings and a signing session. As I am about to get married, Sam also offered excellent advice on how my fiancée and I should go about aligning our wills to offer the most tax efficient outcome should the worst happen.

Sam has a very engaging manor and will happily take away a complex question if it is not possible to give an answer immediately, and come back quickly with a straightforward explanation, in writing if needed.

With Sam’s patient help, my fiancée and I now have one less thing to organise before our Wedding. Thanks Sam!

Thanks to Sam for his expert advice and careful handling of the sensitive area of writing our wills. It was a painless experience and his advice meant that we have finally got everything sorted out.

For us it was all about making sure that our little ones were going to be taken care of and won’t have to worry about money. But not only was Sam able to help us with that but he also got us sorted out with our Powers of Attorneys as you never know when they might be needed.

Fingers crossed we never will though!!

It is a great comfort to know that we have those boxes ticked now and we can get on and enjoy our lives.

    Thank you Sam

It took me and my husband a long time to get round to doing our Wills. We thought it would be very expensive and complicated because we have property in India as well as England.

We really didn’t need to worry about this with Sam. We had a meeting which went on for about an hour and after that we knew exactly what we needed to do to makes sure everything was set up right so that ourselves and our children will be looked after.

Sam was very patient and helped us to understand all the legal bits we needed to think about. It was so straightforward I just wish we had met Sam sooner. Thanks Sam 🙂

Sam advised us on our financial estate planning needs, and all was put into place very quickly. I have complete trust that all is set up and we have the best wills for our needs. It’s really reassuring to know that Sam is on hand whenever our needs change, or we just need some advice.

Sam knows his stuff and is really good at breaking down complicated legal things so that its easy to understand and so you can make the right decision. We know that god forbid anything should happen those left behind will be in the best hands.

    Thanks again Sam
